Works perfectly and does the job if you dont need it to lay on. Its firm but not as hard as the one at therapy

Very strong material and is tougher than other rollers I have used before. I have a lot of muscle on my back and its basically a rock so it feels really really good after and before my workouts.

Great roller for the price. Unlike some of the other rollers that are simply a cylinder of foam this roller is made from a plastic tube and over molded with a firm plastic. Works great for rolling a sore back.

The textured surface provides something fun on which to roll my feet while I'm at the desk.
